Overview

How is the 360 Showing different than a virtual tour or 3D tour?
A virtual tour, or 3D tour, is normally done by taking multiple photos of the property to click through. Those are great but you don’t get any insight into the property, just photos you can look around.
Or you may even provide virtual tour with a two-way video call. This is nice, but there are a couple issues that come with a live connection. Since it is in real time potential buyers can’t “stop” or “rewind” if they want to review or show someone the house they like. The other issue with a live connection is the connection itself. Hopefully both ends have a good signal for the audio and video to come in clear.

Why a 360 Showing?
Just like a showing you would do in-person, a 360 Showing will allow you to point out everything potential buyers should look at.
New windows? Check. Custom kitchen? Check. Tile flooring? Check.
This will allow anyone to view the property at any time, free from the restriction of a set appointment while still receiving commentary like a regular in-person showing.
Potential buyers can stop the 5k video, look around and spend as much time as they need viewing. This is by far the best way to see a home while staying put.

What about occupied homes?
A 360 Showing is the perfect way to market occupied homes. In todays environment it is important to protect the health and safety of all parties. By making a 360 Showing available, you won’t need to displace the residents for every showing request.
